Payment terms and conditions

Everything you need to book your spot with peace of mind: how payment works, what happens if the course doesn't run and what to do if you need to cancel. Clear, reciprocal rules, in writing.

"Book with a 25% deposit. Complete payment 10 days before. And if the course doesn't run, we refund you 100%."

How payment works

Two steps, no surprises.

Step 1 · Booking

25% deposit

•Paid when you enrol and is what secures your spot.
•Deducted from the total course price.
•Until it's paid, the enrolment is a pre-registration with no guaranteed spot.

Step 2 · Remaining payment

Remaining 75%

•Up to 10 calendar days before the course starts.
•If it's not completed by that date, the spot is released automatically.

Before it starts

Course confirmation

•We need a minimum number of participants to run each edition.
•If it's not reached, we let you know at least 5 days in advance.
•In that case: full refund or a switch to another edition.

If you need to cancel

The refund depends on how much notice you give us. In any case, you can always switch your spot to another edition or transfer it to someone else with 48-72 h notice.

If entaina cancels the course (for example, because the minimum number of participants isn't reached), we refund you 100% or move you to the next edition, letting you know at least 5 days in advance.
