CEO
Since 1987, I have been at the forefront of the Internet, interweaving business and technology. I act as a bridge between the technical and commercial worlds, providing a comprehensive perspective on technology's impact on business. Living on that frontier has given me the opportunity to lead diverse technical teams and to found more than 10 companies in the Internet and technology field. Today, with the artificial intelligence revolution, I have realized that it is necessary to accelerate the speed of learning, and that's why we created entaina.ai to accelerate the learning of individuals and organizations.

COO
As COO of operations at Entaina, I am responsible for ensuring the proper execution of my team's projects and the development of the people who are part of it, always in close collaboration with our clients to achieve their business objectives. With over 25 years of experience in the IT sector, I have held various roles, from programming to project management and technical team coordination. As a founding partner of ASPgems, I coordinated technical teams, maintained client interactions, and was part of the management committee. My education in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid was valuable, but I consider that the projects I have developed, my team, and our relationships with clients have been my best university.

CTO
My name is Javier and I have over 20 years of experience in the world of software development. During these years, I have worked on more than 30 projects for large companies and startups, 13 of them at ASPgems, including 8 years as CTO. My passion for technology began at age 10, when I learned to program. I combine this passion with my interests in music, video games, and cooking. I believe that learning is fundamental in life. I see learning as an opportunity to grow and overcome challenges, and I consider it equally important to share knowledge with others. I have had the immense fortune of working with exceptional professionals and people, and I hope to continue doing so throughout my career, as well as helping others do the same.
Developer
With over 30 years of experience in software development, my career has spanned a wide range of technologies, from web application development, big data, blockchain solutions, and more recently, artificial intelligence projects. What really excites me are technological challenges and contributing to the success of the projects I participate in. This constant search for new challenges has allowed me to develop projects in very diverse areas, both in large projects for established companies and in short projects for startups.
Chief Adoption Officer
Since 2015 I have worked on technology, digital product, and entrepreneurship projects in different countries. I have led developments from scratch and managed teams of more than 15 people, seeing each project as an opportunity to learn and grow. I graduated in LEINN (Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation), where I learned to move autonomously in uncertain environments and participated in the launch of nine projects. In 2022 I started experimenting with AI using GPT and, in 2023, I completed one of the first entaina courses. Since then I have been exploring how AI can transform our work. In 2025, after much learning, I came to a conclusion: either I joined the wave, or the wave would wash over me. That's why I decided to join entaina.
